Dear MBTA, a few things:

It’s really terrifying that due to the fact that there were no trains running through to Davis that people kept flooding the platform, pushing me closer and closer to the yellow line. That’s what I need first thing in the morning, the threat of death beneath the screeching wheels of a red line train.

Also, playing the “Due to an earlier disabled train at South Station” message roughly every forty-five seconds does nothing to placate us, we’re still going to be pissed that we’ve been waiting here for twenty-five minutes, nary a train in sight.

Did the train at South Station break down due to “winter weather conditions?” Because, according to the posters you’ve placed everywhere, you’ve supposedly been planning for this. It’s not like this is Boston and snow-like events occur from roughly November to March.

Cannot WAIT for these fare increases. Super stoked about them.
